most of you know that jay-z’s “D.O.A.” (death of autotune) track ruffled up a couple feathers… particularly t-pain who has brought autotune to the forefront of music these days. t-pain had said some offensive things to jigga and blah blah blah happened. well mr. pain is apparently saying sorry… in autotune. click the picture to hear the track

more than a game trailer
portland boredgon
apologies to those that live there, but portland is one of the most boring places i’ve been to. and that includes silverdale and school. i know i’m not from there so i didn’t exactly know all of the hot spots to check out… but that’s how i roll to every city that i visit… i just freestyle it. but with portland, i drove around for hours trying to find something remotely live to do… nodda. i couldn’t even find cool buildings to take pictures of really. actually… i couldn’t even find PEOPLE. does anyone live there still?! anyways… here’s some of what i was able to salvage.
voodoo doughnut was our first stop. famous for their wild doughnut options… and the fact that you can actually get married inside this shop too.

then we ate at the top of their highest building (40 stories womp womp womp) at the portland city grill. it had a nice view of the city… but the skyline isn’t really anything to gawk at so no need for pictures (sorry my portland peeps!)

and the biggest disappointment of all. what oregon is known for: NIKE. i have been hearing for years how awesome the nike employee store was. how it was like a candy store for sneaker kids. how you could get everything you’ve ever wanted for 50% off. i’ll tell you how it really is…
A GLORIFIED OUTLET STORE. its a mix of what you would find at the outlets and the colorways of shoes/apparel current retailers would have trouble selling. i cant believe you need to be put on a list to get into this “candy store.” i walked out with zilch

friday night, comedian jo koy was in town to perform at the moore theatre. thanks to jo koy and al michael, i was provided with the exclusive rights to do photography for the event.
