tokyo: auto salon

alright back to japan.

the crew headed out to chiba city to attend the tokyo auto salon, which is the largest auto exhibition in the world. obviously i took a boat load of pictures, but i had to chose a select few in order to fit this into a blog. and sorry for the overload of the fisheye lense, but had little time to switch lenses if i wanted to see every car.

when i say largest auto exhibition in the world, i mean SEMA times 3. each color block on this map is about the size of the seattle exhibition center. guess you need all that room when there’s over 600 cars on display.

instead of “smoking 25 feet away from the door”… they just jam pack them all in one room. second hand anyone?

*yawn* just another million skylines.

chop top sti

i’m telling you people, this is my shit right here. japan’s toyota prius game is so clean. this will be my next car. laugh now, but i will be laughing at you when i’m cruising along at 50mpg

one of my favorites of the show… a chopped up beatle.

recaro’s booth… errr mall… was huge. it was in the middle of the show and looked like rome.

how predictable.

im huge in japan!
